PFI: A Boy's Own French Toast

Here is something a hungry boy can make for himself.  All he needs is leftover challah, butter, eggs, maple syrup, cream or milk.

Combine the eggs with a little milk or cream.

Whip with a fork till completely combined.  Succes will come with practice, but remember...it's all in the wrist.

Melt at least a tablespoon of butter over a medium high flame.

Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture...first on one side, then on the other.

Lay in the hot, sizzling butter.

Flip when browned on one side...it doesn't take long!

Serve with maple syrup.
