The Art of Carved Fruit
A show stopping centerpiece makes any buffet the talk of the simcha. Here chef Vladamir Smirnov (www.chefsmirnov.com)
uses the traditional carving practices of Thai masters to create floral
and thematic centerpieces using melons and other fruits. Chef Smirnov
worked at a Pesach hotel on large presentations, but he will also do
smaller centerpieces for the home or shul.
